CIB PRIVATE CONCIERGE

By continuing using this Quintessentially for CIB Private Concierge Application (the “Concierge Services”), you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally accept the following Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) throughout the use of the Concierge Services including but not limited to all orders of goods and/or services from a Supplier proposed by any Service Provider responsible for the Concierge Services as well as its productivity and application platform (the “Service Provider”).

1. The term “you” refers to you as a recipient of Quintessentially for CIB Private services.
2. The terms, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Global Lifestyles for Services S.A.E.
3. The term “Supplier(s)” refer to any whatsoever third party that will be contracted by the Service Provider on your behalf to arrange for any request of the Concierge Services.
4. Content and information, in any whatsoever form, submitted by you to the Service Provider is referred to “Personal Data” which may be controlled by the Service Provider or any third party.
5. We and the Service Provider may collect different categories of your Personal Data including, inter alia, the following:
   • a. Identity data including your name, surname, date of birth, gender, national ID number, and geo-location;
   • b. Contact data including your email address, and physical address;
   • c. Biometric data including your picture;
   • d. Credit Card information;
   • e. Technical data including your log data, times of using this application, and/or device ID.
6. You understand that the lawful basis we and the Service Provider rely on for processing your Personal Data includes, inter alia, for the performance of our and the Service Provider's contractual obligation to provide you with the Concierge Services.
7. We and the Service Provider collect Personal Data on your behalf for the purpose of enabling the functionality of the application as well as the processing of your requests. We and the Service Provider also use the Personal Data for the following purposes:
   • a. To register you as a new member or customer
   • b. To manage our and the Service Provider's relationship with you
   • c. To deliver relevant content information to you
   • d. To make suggestions and recommendations about goods and services that may be of interest to you
8. You understand and agree that in order to provide fulfillment of any request of the Concierge Services, your Personal Data may be transferred locally or internationally and stored on including, inter alia, servers outside of Egypt, located in the European Union and/or the United Kingdom. In such cases, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure your Personal Data remains protected. These safeguards may include, inter alia, transferring your Personal Data only to countries recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection by the Personal Data Protection Centre in Egypt.
9. To enable the processing of your requests, and to communicate with you, you acknowledge and accept that the Service Provider may provide the Supplier(s) with any of your Personal Data, which Supplier(s) may have their own different policies regarding how to use any of the Personal Data than the Service Provider (the “Third Parties Privacy Policies”), a copy of which Third Parties Privacy Policies can be provided to you upon your request.
10. We and the Service Provider have put in place appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data. In addition, we limit access to your Personal Data to those employees, agents, contractors, Suppliers and other third parties who have a business need to know to the extent permitted by law.
11. The Personal Data may be shared with our affiliates, agents, franchisers or any legal or governmental body as required from time to time to the extent permitted by law.
12. You have the following rights over your Personal Data:
    • a. Right to be informed: you have the right to sufficient information on the processing of your Personal Data, of what Personal Data we have about you, how and where we use it, how long we keep it and with whom it is shared.
    • b. Right of access: you have the right to a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you and process.
    • c. Right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data.
    • d. Right to data portability: you have the right to request we transfer your Personal Data to another controller.
    • e. Right to be notified in case of data breach: you have the right to be notified, in a timely manner, of any data breach affecting your Personal Data.
13. You have the right to change how the Service Provider uses and processes your Personal Data, including request correction, and erasure of your Personal Data, withdraw your consent or request us to stop processing your Personal Data, but this may limit or cease the provision of any of the Concierge Service provided to you.
14. We and the Service Provider will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Your Personal Data will be deleted immediately upon satisfaction of the purpose for which it was retained, and you will be notified of such deletion. In case it is necessary to retain your Personal Data after the satisfaction of its purpose, we will retain your Personal Data in a form that does not allow your identification.
15. You have the right to contact us or the Service Provider for any reason including, inter alia, to exercise your rights over your Personal Data, at the following contact details:

17. This Policy may, at our sole discretion, be revised or updated from time to time. You will be notified of any such revision or update to the Policy, and you agree to accept the latest revised version of this Policy.

بالاستمرار في استخدام تطبيق خدمات كوينتيسنشاللي سي أي بي برايفت («خدمات الكونسيرج»)، نأمل منكم القبول بموجب هذه الوثيقة بشكل نهائي وغير مشروط لسياسة الخصوصية التالية («السياسة») في كافة استخدامات خدمات الكونسيرج بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر جميع أوامر السلع و / أو الخدمات من مورد يعرضه عليكم أي مقدم من مقدمي الخدمة المسؤولين عن خدمات الكونسيرج بالإضافة إلى منصته الإنتاجية والتطبيقية («مقدم الخدمة»).

1. يشير المصطلح "أنت" إليك بصفتك عميل خدمات كوينتيسنشاللي سي أي بي برايفت.
2. تشير المصطلحات "نحن" أو "نا" أو "خاصتنا" إلى شركة جلوبال لايف ستايلز للخدمات ش.م.م.
3. يشير مصطلح "المورد (الموردين)" إلى أي طرف ثالث سيتم التعاقد معه من قبل مقدم الخدمة بالإنابه عنك لترتيب أي طلب لخدمات كونسيرج.
4. يُشار المحتوى والمعلومات، بأي شكل من الأشكال، المقدمة منكم لمقدم الخدمة إلى "بيانات شخصية" التي يمكن أن تكون تحت تحكمنا أو مقدم الخدمة أو أي طرف ثالث.
5. يجوز لنا ولمقدم الخدمة جمع فئات مختلفة من بياناتك شخصية وتتضمن على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، البيانات الآتية:
   • أ. بيانات الهوية وتشمل الاسم واللقب وتاريخ الميلاد والجنس ورقم الهوية الوطنية والموقع الجغرافي؛
   • ب. بيانات الاتصال وتشمل عنوان البريد الإلكتروني والعنوان الفعلي؛
   • ج. بيانات بيومترية وتشمل الصورة؛
   • د. بيانات مالية؛
   • ه. بيانات فنية وتشمل بيانات السجل وأوقات استخدام هذا التطبيق و/أو معرف الجهاز.
6. تقر وتفهم ان الاساس القانوني التي نستند اليه نحن ومقدم الخدمة في اي عملية معالجة بياناتك الشخصية تشمل بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر لتنفيذ التزاماتنا والتزامات مقدم الخدمة التعاقدية تجاهك بتقديم خدمات الكونسيرج لك.
7. نقوم نحن ومقدم الخدمة بجمع البيانات الشخصية نيابةً عنك لتمكين وظائف التطبيق بالإضافة إلى معالجة طلباتك. نستخدم نحن ومقدم الخدمة أيضًا البيانات الشخصية للأغراض التالية:
   • أ. لتسجيلك كعضو أو عميل جديد.
   • ب. لإدارة علاقتنا وعلاقة مقدم الخدمة معك.
   • ج. لتقديم معلومات المحتوى ذات الصلة لك.
   • د. لتقديم الاقتراحات والتوصيات حول السلع والخدمات التي قد تهمك.
8. تقر وتوافق على أنه من أجل توفير طلب من خدمات الكونسيرج، قد يتم نقل بياناتك الشخصية محليا أو دوليا وتخزينها بما في ذلك ، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الخدمات خارج مصر التي تقع في الاتحاد الأوروبي و/أو المملكة المتحدة. وفي هذه الحالات نقوم باتخاذ جميع الإجراءات والتدابير المناسبة لضمان حماية بياناتك الشخصية. وقد تشمل هذه التدائير بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، نقل بياناتك الشخصية إلى الدول التي يحددها مركز حماية البيانات الشخصية بانها تضمن مستوى كافي من الحماية للبيانات الشخصية.
9. للتمكين من معالجة طلباتك، والتواصل معكم، فإنك تقر وتوافق أن مقدم الخدمة قد يوفر للمورد (الموردين) بأي بيانات شخصية لكم ، حيث أن للموردين سياسات مختلفة خاصة بهم فيما يتعلق بكيفية استخدام أي من البيانات الشخصية تختلف عن استخدامنا نحن ومقدم الخدمة لتلك السياسات ("سياسات خصوصية الطرف الثالث")، والتي يمكن توفير نسخة من سياسات الخصوصية تلك الخاصة بالطرف الثالث بناء على طلبك.
10. لقد قمنا نحن ومقدم الخدمة بوضع إجراءات أمنة مناسبة لحماية بياناتك الشخصية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك فإننا نقييد الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية على هؤلاء الموظفين والوكلاء والمقاولين والموردين والأطراف الثالثة الأخرى التي تحتاج إلى معرفتها إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.
11. يجوز مشاركة البيانات الشخصية مع موظفينا أو وكلائنا أو وكلائنا الحاصلين على الامتياز الحصرى أو أي هيئة قانونية أو حكومية حسبما هو مطلوب من وقت الى آخر إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.
12. لديك الحقوق التالية فيما يتعلق ببياناتكم الشخصية:
    • أ. الحق في العلم: لديك الحق في الحصول على معلومات كافية حول معالجة بياناتك الشخصية، والبيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها، كيفية استخدامها ومكان الاستخدام، مدة الاحتفاظ بها، ومع من تتم مشاركتها.
    • ب. الحق في الوصول: لديك الحق في الحصول على نسخة من البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها او نقوم بمعالجتها.
    • ج. الحق في الاعتراض: لديك الحق في الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك الشخصية.
    • د. الحق في إتاحة البيانات الشخصية: لديك الحق في طلب نقل بياناتك الشخصية الى متحكم آخر.
    • ه. الحق في الإخطار في حال خرق او انتهاك البيانات: لديك الحق في ان تخطر بأي خرق او انتهاك لبياناتك الشخصية في المواعيد القانونية.
13. لديك الحق في تغيير كيفية استخدام مقدم الخدمة لبياناتكم الشخصية ومعالجتها، بما في ذلك طلب تصحيح بياناتكم الشخصية اوتعديلها او محوها، العدول عن الموافقة المسبقة على الاحتفاظ بها، أو طلب وقف معالجة بياناتك الشخصية ولكن هذا قد يحد من أو يوقف تقديم أي من خدمات الكونسيرج المقدمة لك.
14. سنقوم بحفظ نحن و مقدم الخدمة ببياناتك الشخصية فقط طالما كان ذلك ضروريًا لتحقيق الغرض المراد من الجمع، بما في ذلك لأغراض تلبية أي متطلبات قانونية أو محاسبية أو إعداد تقارير. سوف يتم محو بياناتك الشخصية فور انقضاء الغرض من الاحتفاظ بها وإخطارك بهذا المحو، وفي حال الاحتفاظ بها لأى سبب من الأسباب المشروعة بعد انتهاء الغرض منها سوف نقوم بالحفاظ بتلك البيانات في صورة لا تسمح بتحديد هويتك.
15. لديك الحق في التواصل معنا او مع مقدم الخدمة لأي سبب، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، ممارسة حقوقك المتعلقة ببياناتكم الشخصية، على تفاصيل الاتصال التالية:

17. يجوز، وفقا لتقديرنا الخاص، مراجعة او تعديل هذه السياسة من وقت الى آخر. سوف يتم إخطارك بأي تعديل او مراجعة من هذا القبيل للسياية، وتوافق على القبول بأحدث صيغة منقحة من هذه السياسة.
